Program

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

  • Please bring your poster (A0, portrait orientation) on Thursday 19.03. and attach it to a board by 9 am using the provided pins. Boards will be found in the atrium and will be numbered. Your poster's number will be indicated in the scientific program, which will be published in the next few days.
  • Poster Pitches: You are invited to perform a 60-seconds pitch on Thursday morning. Please submit a single 16:9 slide (PDF) by Tuesday 17.03. via the link we will provide in due time. Name your file: `poster_number_LastName.pdf`
  • Presenters should be found near their poster during the coffee break on Thursday morning. Posters will remain on display until Friday noon.
  • Including a photo of the attending main author(s) on the poster will make it easier for interested colleagues to get in contact with them throughout the event.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

  • The presentation format is 12 min plus 2 min for Q&A and 1 min for turn-taking. You will find your date and time slot in the scientific program, which will be published in the next few days. A wireless presenter with a laser pointer will be provided.
  • Please upload your presentation (PPTX or PDF) by Tuesday 17.03. via the link we will provide in due time. Name your file `Date_Time_LastName.pptx/pdf`.
  • At the welcome reception and throughout the entire conference, there will be a technical help desk where you can check your slides (video, fonts, layout) on the actual presentation laptops (Windows 11, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader) that will be used in the auditorium.
  • While there will also be an option to connect your own laptop via HDMI, we clearly recommend the above option, and we emphasize that presentation time slots must be adhered to even in the case of connectivity issues.
On Tuesday, the welcome reception will take place in the Cafeteria.
