The symposium will be held at two outstanding venues: the NIFE (Lower Saxony Center for Biomedical Engineering, Implant Research and Development) and the new Mechanical Engineering Campus of LUH (Leibniz Universität Hannover).

The official conference hotels are the "Hotel in Herrenhausen (Markgrafenstraße 5, 30419 Hannover)" and the "Me and All Hotel (Aegidientorplatz 3, 30159 Hannover)".
At the Hotel in Herrenhausen, we have allocated rooms, which are pre-reserved until February 27th, so please book your room before this date.
Please be aware that we could not reserve enough rooms for everyone — first come, first serve.
You can either reserve via phone (Tel: +49 511 / 7907 600) using the keyword AUTOMED or fill out the reservation sheet (reservation form EN | reservation form DE) and send it to info@myhih.de.
For the Me and All Hotel, please book through the common portals (booking.com, HRS etc.).
If you want to choose another hotel, we recommend choosing a hotel close to the U4 tram line, which connects both venues. If you are close to any other tram line, please note that you have to change either at Kröpcke, Steintor, or Aegidientor, which are all in the city center. Therefore, if you cannot or do not want to book any of the two conference hotels, we recommend booking the following hotels, e.g., via booking.com:
